BioI don't like to turn my regular journal into a series of what-I-ate posts, because, quite frankly, they can be boring.
But at the same time I have an obsessive need to keep account of my intake, and I find it weirdly interesting to do so in a public arena. Plus anyone who actually cares can follow along and perhaps even learn from my mistakes or just find some delight in learning how many calories I consumed in sugar-free cocoa.
Feel free to add me, but know the nature of this journal. I have a marginally more interesting tome over at my normal journal.
